OpenText™ InfoArchive is a modern archiving solution and cloud-based service engineered to make compliant archiving of both structured and unstructured information highly-accessible, scalable, and economical. With InfoArchive, users can readily access historical data and documents in familiar, role-specific views, eliminating productivity disruption associated with other archiving solutions.
Organizations can cost-effectively upgrade their active data to new applications while keeping historical, business-complete data only a click away. InfoArchive also helps organizations adapt to future governance and compliance guidelines—such as data privacy regulations—and eDiscovery requests, without costly changes to legacy applications and systems.
InfoArchive represents archived information as XML objects, making unified access, query, and reporting fast and simple. Tens of billions of objects can be archived, supporting a reduction in Total-Cost-of-Ownership (TCO). InfoArchive helps meet compliance requirements such as retention, data encryption, electronic signature and time stamping. It also supports PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and complies with the Open Archive Information System standard (OAIS).
